Refund policy
We value you as our customer and want you to be happy with the product that you receive from Jig-Bee. Even though we take all the precautions to provide a quality product we ask that upon receipt of your order: please inspect your seeds/flowers immediately. All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please keep in mind we are shipping a perishable product that can be affected by weather conditions and transit times in unpredictable ways. Please understand that we can NOT be held responsible for improper handling and storage once you receive your seeds/cut flowers, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance, failure to thrive or negligence.
SEEDS: Upon receipt of your order: please inspect the accuracy of your order immediately and contact us via email at flowers@jig-bee.com within 7 days of your order arriving if you have any concerns. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements after the 7 days.
FRESH FLOWERS: If your flower bouquet are not in satisfactory condition after hydrating in water for a 24 hours period, send an email to flowers@jig-bee.com within 7 days with your date of purchase in the subject line along with photos of the flowers. We will work with you to determine how to get you a replacement order, or issue a credit to use on a future order. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements after 7 days of receipt of order. If you have purchased your flowers through one of our wholesale partners, please refer to and follow their refund policy. Always submit photos of poorly performing flowers and follow up in a timely manner so your concerns can be addressed.
